On the 7th of September, 2018, the students of class 5A put up their assembly on, ‘Resilience’. Through a ballet performance on the song, ‘Paradise’, the young children explained that creating paradise not only requires hope, but also, resilience.
The meaning of the word, ‘Resilience’ was explained along with the challenges resilient people face. The students enacted three situations from a school scenario, where they overcame challenges and bounced back rather than just giving up.
Light was thrown on the lives of many renowned personalities who bounced back despite the difficulties they faced. The audience was left with five small ways of becoming resilient in life.
