On the 19th of January, 2018, the Hindi Department organised their annual debate on the topic, ‘Girls Are Better Than Boys’. Interestingly, the proposition team comprised girl participants, while the opposition had boy participants. Through the clash of wills, both teams provided examples of successful people from the fields of Politics, Technology, Education, Science, Mythology and Sports to establish their defence. The debate result was declared in favour of the boys, with a tie for ‘Best Speaker’ won by Shivansh Shrivastav and Vedant Shah. Kyra Kakkar won the ‘Best Speaker’ for the girls!
